Understanding Bulk Billing at Premium Care Medical Centre

Simply put, all ELIGIBLE services provided by Doctors from Premium Care Medical Centre are Bulk Billed. This means that if you're an eligible Medicare card holder, you likely won't have any out-of-pocket expenses for your consultation.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

While we bulk bill most services, there are some exceptions:

Private Consultation Fees for Non-Medicare Card Holders:

• Consultation: 
  • Level A: $50
  • Level B: $80
  • Level C: $120
  • Level D: $150
• After hours (from 1:00 pm of Saturday and all day of Sunday or Public Holidays)
  • Level A: $60
  • Level B: $100
  • Level C: $140
  • Level D: $160

Patients (both Medicare and non-Medicare card holders) need to pay for:

• Procedures: Fees apply for all procedures. This will be discussed with you prior to your booking.
• Private vaccines.
• IV fluids.
• Medical Examination for Employment.
• Medical Examination for Renewal / Driver License.
• Medical Examination for Superannuation Release,
• Medical Examination for Life Insurance and Health Programs (Joining Gym, Swimming pool, Hydrotherapy...).
• Medical Examination for Workcover, TAC.
• Medical report for DIMA, Lawyers as your request.

• Workplace Injuries and TAC: Accounts for work injuries are the responsibility of the patient. This is charged at the same rate as a private consult. Patients are required to claim their rebate directly from the employer/insurer.
